			<description>First off I want to give credit to Alton Brown for this stroke of genius.



I made this smoker three years ago and have used it for pork, beef, chicken, fish, and vegetables.  The best part of this entire thing is that the overall cost is about $50.00 or less.



Items needed:



* One large terracotta pot approx 17 inches in diameter at the top.

* One circular terracotta pot that fits on top of the base pot

* Grill grate that will fit into the large pot and hold the food
