Items Needed:



Breakfast Sausage (We used HOT)

Cheddar Cheese Cubes

Jalapeno Slices





1.  Divide the sausage into 10 even portions.  Flatten these pieces out into something resembling a pancake.



2.  In the center of each piece of sausage, place a cube of cheddar and 1-2 jalapeno slices.



3.  Gather the sides around the cheese and jalapeno, and gently roll into a ball.

			<description>This isn't really a &quot;pork&quot; recipe, but since bacon is pork, I'll put it here for now.    This recipe was adapted from AZRoxy's recipe on Recipezaar.  I serve these at just about every party I throw and they always disappear.  Use gloves when cleaning the peppers because they will sting your eyes if you get the juice on your hands.
